At Elevate Performance Healthcare, we believe that recovery should do more than just relieve pain; it should also rebuild strength, resilience, and enhance overall performance. Founded by Tom Dell, our clinic specialises in elite physiotherapy and comprehensive rehabilitation services. We draw on extensive experience gained from professional football, academy sport, and the Ministry of Defence to help you move better and perform stronger.
After years of working within professional football and the Ministry of Defence, we identified a significant gap in treatment approaches: many individuals were only receiving care aimed at pain relief, without a focus on long-term recovery or developing true strength and resilience.
Elevate Performance Healthcare is designed to change that.

Tom is the director of Elevate Performance Healthcare and an elite physiotherapist with years of hands-on experience helping people move better, recover smarter, and perform at their best.
He has worked across elite-level sport, professional academy systems, and military rehabilitation services. Elevate was created to bring that same high-performance care to anyone ready to take charge of their recovery and performance.
